Quick-release sure-hold safety locks keep gate secure in stored position. Curb side spring loaded safety lockout control to prevent accidental operation of gate. Automatic return to neutral. Audible safety alarm activated whenever lift gate is being raised.

Through-the-ignition safety installation. Cannot be operated unless ignition key is in the "on" or "accessories" position. Hydraulics -- heavy duty electric hydraulic pump with built-in relief vlve to prevent overload: high pressure industrial cylinder with plated shaft. All totally enclosed and weatherproof.

Maintenance free oil impregnated bronze bushings at all pivot points and larger pulleys for reduced wear. Aircraft industry grade galvanized lift cables. Smooth steel deck on 36" and 38" series. Treadplate deck with built-in ramp on 48" series.
