'MAJOR REPAIRS'

This balloon was in need of 96 new panels. We replaced the row of white panels along with the row of red above the white.

Lonesome Dove came in for replacement of the white panels in the top and bottom of the envelope. The photo on the left is the 'before' picture. The photo on the right is the 'after' picture.

This past winter we had two balloons back in for more rework. The Purple People Eater had four more rows of panels replaced.

Mariah came back for another six rows of panels and some new artwork.

This is a 180A - 28 gore envelope that was in need of major repairs. We replaced the 336 panels between the HTN90 and nomex throat. We also installed new turning vents.

The Purple People Eater was in need of a new parachute.

Spirit is a 105Z - 24 gore. The owner kept the parachute, top five panels of HTN90,
and the bottom nomex panel, and we rebuilt the rest of the balloon.

The balloons and stripes are overlaid art, while the "Spirit of St. Louis" is done as a banner. This allows the owner to remove the banner art while attending rallies that consider this art 'commercial'.

Air Bully balloon is a 90S2 - 20 gore. We replaced the parachute and top five panels of white fabric.

Mariah is a Viva 77 - 8 gore. We replaced the parachute and top five panels.

Ball Park Frank is a 90S2 - 20 gore G-Mark balloon. We rebuilt the parachute and top five panels on the hot dog bun.
